Above Eureka Springs, its tall windows and dark wood have held their place for more than a century.

Heather and Heath chose it because it feels like a house with character.

Eureka Springs is a Victorian town, and the estate sits a few minutes from its historic downtown — where nearly a hundred restored 1890s houses are run as inns, alongside the 1886 Crescent Hotel on the hill.

The town is small, and October is its best month.
